1 - Methods of payment  - Bank Transfer (BACS), Cleared Cheque, PayPal

2 - Workshop Payment Booking, Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions.

4 - 10% discount  for groups of 5+ persons.

5 - Costs for Corporate workshop training days vary - please contact us direct to discuss                details.

6 - To secure a place on each workshop, full payment must be made and cleared a minimum        of 48 hours prior to commencement.

7 - Any workshop cancellation notice must be made at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the      pre-booked workshop commencement to attract a 25% refund of workshop fee. 

8 - Please confirm workshops required and payments made by email                                             to:- info@londonschoolofdsw.co.uk

9 - Cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to workshop commencing. Where                 appropriate, you will be offered a place/s on the next suitably available workshop.

10 - Failure to attend a workshop without notification - there will be  no refunds.

11 - NOTE - There will be NO refunds after 6 months from the date of workshop                    payment

12 - Should a workshop have to be cancelled for whatever reason, you will be notified as                soon as possible, and alternative arrangements made or workshop fee refunded.

13 - The management decision will be final.

14 - We provide free:- tools, equipment and materials, safety footwear (where required)                 gloves, eye protection, personal facilities and an extensive range of handouts/leaflets,             brochures and 'Certificates of Achievement'
